- Program Terms & Conditions:
1. Ownership: Vixen Bucks is owned by VXN Productions.
2. 3rd Party Billing: The Vixen Bucks Affiliate Program is administered by our 3rd party billing partner, CCbill.
3. Age Requirement: Only adults older than 21 years of age may participate in the Vixen Bucks program.
4. Revenue Share:
a) 50/50 Program participants will be paid 50% of the sign-up fee and 50% of each recurring subscriber billing for members referred.
b) Webmaster Referral Program participants can expect to receive 10% of revenues from adult webmasters referred to the program.
5. Method Of Payment: Payouts in excess of $25.00 will be paid by check and mailed on a weekly basis.
6. Promotional Restrictions: You must only use our approved marketing materials (banners, images, vidclips...) to refer traffic to our sites. All text links are OK. All banners and promotional material must be served by you. Approved promo materials are only available from the Vixen Bucks website. Any use of other than approved materials to promote our sites is strictly prohibited and punishable by removal from the program and forfeit of all revenues due.
7. SPAM Policy: No sending of unsolicited bulk e-mail (SPAM) of any nature to promote our program will be tolerated. Violation will result in immediate removal from our program and forfeit of all revenues due. The use of opt-in mailing lists or inclusion of previous business contacts, as is allowed within the confines of ISP's (AOL, EarthLink, NetZero...) rules concerning this type of email activity.
8. Webmaster Responsiblities: Program Participants will be fully responsible for their referring site(s). This relates to the hosting, development and operational activities of your sites as well as the materials available on your sites. Program webmasters will be responsible for ensuring that all content, marketing and website themes fall within the latest guidelines of the 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 rulings. NO EXCEPTIONS!
9. No Password Sites: The marketing of any Vixen Bucks sites through password trading sites is strictly prohibited! Breaking this rule will lead to immediate dismissal from the program and forfeiture of any revenues due.
10. Limitations And Relationships: The owner of this program will in no way be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program. In addition, all parties involved are considered independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. Program participants will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on the owner's behalf.
11. Acceptance: Signing up for the program is an indication and acceptance of the above terms and conditions. We retain the right to revoke the membership of any member who we deem has not operated within our guidelines or acted in a dishonest manner. Any revenues acquired by dishonest means will be forfeit.
